I DIDN'T MEAN TO SAY THAT

WHAT SLIPPED OUT OF YOUR MOUTH THAT
EITHER YOU REGRET, OR ARE HAPPY YOU DID?

TO WHO, AND WHAT?

Funny story that came to mind. An old morning show partner
went to a wedding with me because I didn't feel like finding a
"real" date.

He stayed for awhile, then as he was taking off we hugged, he
pulled away and said "I love you".

We both laughed so hard, because it was just so natural.
Morning show partners are like married couples sometimes. ; )

Our councillor (who shall remain unknown) has always
had a patch on his eye!

And, one day I saw him in the street and I said to him.

Before I could stop myself , "hi (*******) I like your new eye",
and he looked and me and was shocked, but not as much as
me, because it wasn't even him. hee hee xx

I've been known to be extremely candid/say too much from time
to time ( just ask anyone who's been close to me), but there is one
thing in particular that makes me cringe every time I remember it,
even though it was so long ago.

I was in my early teens and going through a very hormonal
(translation: BRATTY) phase.

I don't recall exactly what I said, but one morning I totally snapped
at my grandma and made her cry! Every single time I think of that
I hate who I was back then. My grandma has probably conveniently
forgotten about it but I certainly haven't.

It still manages to bug me because I have the world's best grandma
and I've always looked up to her. She was the one in the family who
encouraged me the most to chase my dreams, plus she's the only one
(besides my little sis) who never gave me crap for being a little
eccentric or dating the occasional musician.

Most importantly she has always inspired me to be generous/charitable,
hospitable, nurturing, loyal, humanitarian and to have a fun-loving zest
for life.

So, yeah, she did not deserve for me to make her cry that one day long
ago, and I will always be sorry for it! I love you Grandma!

When I told this girl I'm in love with her. That I love her.
I started to say it then I caught myself and just stopped.

Then she made me say it.

It was cute, and I'm really happy I said it.
